Review:

When you combine a grandiose vision, wild imagination, and a lot of money, you get a wild marshland transformed into a luxury resort that was tobacco millionaire Abbott Kinney’s idea of Venice of America Canals. He designed a network of canals lined with flowerbeds, crossed by charming bridges, and dotted with colorful gondolas.

Unfortunately, after a period of popularity, the canals fell into disrepair; but after 40 years of neglect, the canals are in fashion again and the whole neighborhood is being rapidly renovated. It is once more a fun place to visit with funky architecture, pleasant paths along the water, and an interesting landscape.
