Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company started long before Mark and Ann Sievers actually planted their olive grove; the company started with a grandfather’s respect for traditional agriculture and his passion for making his own wine for his family. Those values were passed down from generation to generation when the Sievers decided to add the olive grove to their already flourishing land which is filled with fruits and vegetables. You can visit the grove, better understand the company’s history and process, and indulge in some of their internationally acclaimed, award-winning olive oils. The company is renowned for their single varietal oils from Spanish, Italian, Greek, and French varietals.
