Inner Circle Cafe is a delightful coffee shop located within Scottsdale's Wilshire Plaza, adjacent to Hot Yoga University. The delicious specialty coffee shop was founded in 2017 by Susan Speidel, the founder of the city's Orange Table. Unique iced and hot coffee beverages are showcased on the cafe's menu, including selections like spicy habanero mochas, pistachio mochas, and lavender lattes. Classic brewed coffee and simple cafe beverages are also served, along with honey-sweeted matcha tea lattes, dirty chai lattes, and other non-caffeinated beverage options. Excellent sandwiches are showcased on the cafe's lunch menu, including favorites like curried chicken salad or Greek sandwiches stuffed with kalamata olives and feta cheese. Unique food options include stuffed avocados filled with diners' choice of chicken, egg, or tuna salad or tepary bean hummus.
