Cartel Coffee Lab was founded in 2008 by married duo Amy and Jason Silberschlag, offering six locations today throughout Arizona, including a lovely downtown Scottsdale location. The hip coffee shop also serves its beans throughout the Arizona area at other coffee shops, including Jobot Coffee Shop, which has produced its own custom roast with the company. Delicious internationally-sourced coffee selections emphasize unique citrus and coffee notes, including flavors like passionfruit, cantaloupe, and lime leaf. Hot and iced teas are also served up, along with traditional drink favorites like macchiatos, cortados, and cappuccinos. The coffee shop's laid-back, bohemian vibe makes it a favorite hangout for eclectic types in the Scottsdale region.
