The Bristol Renaissance Faire is a seasonal fair which takes place every weekend (and Labor Day) from early July to the first week of September each year. Offering a variety of merriment for all, the faire is a re-invention of an Elizabethan English fair, complete with loads of fun 16th – century games, great food, excellent shows and memorable characters. This is a great opportunity to let your hair down and have good, old-fashioned fun. The Faire takes place on a 30 acre site and you will find jesters, jugglers, sword-fighters and may even meet Robin Hood. Besides the fun and games, dozens of local artisans and crafters sell their unique goods at the market.
