The Historic Addy Sea and Guest House is located along Bethany Beach’s beautiful coastline and consists of a dozen guest rooms, a spacious wrap-around veranda for relaxing and listening to the waves, a dining room, and a parlor to read a good book.

The Guest House contains four guest rooms with a coastal theme and access to a private sundeck and oceanfront great room. Each of the twelve guest rooms at the adults-only inn include a private bath, bathroom amenities, Wi-Fi, beach towels, and beach chairs. Guests also receive breakfast, a light lunch during the summer, and afternoon tea.
