The Fifth Water Hot Springs are a great spot to pair a hike and a relaxing soak in blue-hued natural spring-fed pools. The approximately 4.5-mile journey isn’t too bad during the summer months, however, visitors will need to travel around ten miles round-trip when the road in the area is closed during the winter season. After a hike past three waterfalls, hikers will find the Fifth Water hot spring pools, which include pools of various sizes, seating options, and temperatures. The very top spring-fed pool surrounded by a waterfall and trees offers cooler waters and fewer crowds.
