Review:

Smith, Capitol Hill is another example of a Seattle gastro-pub with an upscale feel and drool-worthy grub. The interior is decorated like a hunting lodge with walls covered in burlap and taxidermy as well as rustic yet cozy wooden booths. The Smith serves a Painted Hills burger made from the famous Painted Hills beef, which is natural and grass fed.

The ½-pound burger is served with a hearty side of fries and can be ordered with bacon or cheese for an additional charge. Guests should most definitely consider washing down their meal with one of Smith's award-winning cocktails, such as the Bloody Mary, or a brew from their extensive beer menu.
