Metropolitan Grill is definitely in the running for the best steak in Seattle. However, the trimmings from the restaurant's nearly perfect steaks are ground and used to make a delicious burger as well. The Works burger is made with select Wagyu beef and is topped with Swiss and cheddar cheeses, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, and a special sauce.

Additionally, the menu includes not only the well-known steaks and burgers but also pasta, salads, and sandwiches. Lunch boxes are available for delivery as well. The restaurant is classy and upscale and features a tuxedoed maitre d' as well as an elegant dining space complete with oversized plush booths and ornate crown molding. Reservations are recommended.

Li'l Woody's, Capitol Hill is an independent burger restaurant with locations in Capitol Hill, Ballard, and South Lake Union. The menu has 12 burgers, including burgers with veggie, fried chicken, salmon, or turkey patties. The restaurant's traditional burger, the Li'l Woody, is topped with Tillamook cheddar, diced onions, chopped pickles, ketchup, and mayo for a tasty but messy experience.

The menu has several interesting burger-builds as well, including a breakfast-inspired Good Mornin' Woody with bacon, eggs, and cheese on top and the slightly sweet but funky flavor of The Fig and the Pig, which is topped with pickled figs, bacon, and crumbled blue cheese.

Katsu Burger Seattle, Capitol Hill is a Japanese burger restaurant and a Seattle cult favorite. The restaurant serves a range of drool-worthy pork and beef sandwiches, including many delicious burger options. However, the star of the menu is the Mt. Fuji Burger.

This burger is a towering masterpiece that includes pork, chicken and grass-fed beef katsu, American cheese, bacon, cheddar, pepper jack cheese, fried egg, two types of mayonnaise, and tonkatsu sauce. There are plenty of delicious burgers and other menu items for guests who don't feel up to the challenge of the Mt. Fuji Burger.
