The name “Yeh Yeh” means "Grandpa" in Vietnamese. It was chosen as the restaurant’s name in dedication of the founder’s grandfather. He used to cook them delicious food when they visited him as children and thought the name would be fitting for their sandwich shop. All the food served in the restaurant comes from family recipes that were passed down for generations. A traditional Vietnamese sandwich at Yeh Yeh’s is served on a French demi-baguette then loaded with seasoned and marinated meat, cucumbers, onions, pickled vegetables, jalapenos and topped with cilantro. The focus is on quality food at a price that’s affordable.
