Wildwood Spirits Co. is a delightful distillery in Bothell, using farm-to-table and vineyard-to-bottle methods to create unique farm distillery liquor offerings modeled after traditional colonial and pioneer liquor production methods. The company sources all of its ingredients from local farms, nearly all of which are located within Washington State. High-quality liquors produced throughout the year include the company's Dark Door Bourbon, which is crafted from organic corn and wheat and features toffee, vanilla, and caramel tasting notes. Its Arande Grappa is crafted from Chenin Blanc wine grapes, while its Stark Vatten Vodka is produced according to traditional European methods. Visitors can taste all liquors at the company's tasting room, which is open to the public Wednesdays through Sundays during the afternoon hours.
