Diamond Knot Brewery and Alehouse was established in 1994 by two Boeing employees. For the first four years they produced and distributed beer in the evenings after work, operating out of subleased space in a local alehouse.

  • In 1999, they moved to a former bus garage and refurbished it. They kept many original elements including the main roll-up door, the thick wooden beams, and open plank ceiling, creating a rustic wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with the nautical vibe of the waterfront where the brewery and alehouse are located.
