Review:

Windy City Pie is one of Seattle's newest restaurant offerings, relocated from its popular food stand location to a full-service restaurant facility in April of 2019. The restaurant, which is helmed by Dave Lichterman, brings classic Chicago-style pan deep-dish pizza to the West Coast, blending flavor and culinary techniques popularized at Windy City restaurants such as Papa Del's and Burt's Place into new delicacies for Seattle diners. 12-inch pan pizzas are served up with a wide variety of toppings, ranging from classic mozzarella and meatballs to housemade sausage, brussels sprouts, jalapenos, and bleu cheese. Diners can also build their own pizzas with up to five toppings, choosing from red or white sauce bases. Regional craft brews are served up, along with craft cocktails and fine wines.
