Located on the Blue Ridge Parkway only 15 minutes away from downtown Roanoke, Explore Park is an incredibly beautiful 1100-acre park that offers a wide selection both indoor and outdoor wedding venues. Indoor ceremonies can be held in the historic Mount Union Church, while outdoor options include a butterfly garden with a pergola, a meadow dotted with historical buildings, and a spacious lawn that can be tented if desired. Tables and chairs are available at no extra cost, and couples are welcome to bring in any vendors they like. Alcohol is permitted as long as the correct permits are obtained.
