Champlain Room and Terrace is the premiere event space of Burlington's Champlain College, originally founded in 1878 to provide undergraduate and graduate higher education in more than 80 subject areas. The beautiful venue offers spectacular views of the surrounding Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain, located just minutes from the dining and attractions of the city's downtown district. Venue spaces can accommodate up to 250 guests for ceremonies and receptions, including indoor spaces within the Champlain Room and a beautiful outdoor terrace that features stunning backdrops for saying "I do." A state-of-the-art sound system and projector screen are available for use with all rentals, along with a tent that can be set up on the outdoor terrace space.
