Review:

Smugglers Notch Inn is a historic inn by the famous Smuggler’s Notch by the foot of Mount Mansfield. The building dates back to 1790 and has been lovingly restored. The inn has 11 guest rooms, each featuring locally handmade lamps, private baths, individual touches, and fluffy towels. One even has a hot tub and you can enjoy a private fireplace. Guests can sit on the front porch swing or stay inside in the living room with a tin ceiling, natural wood floors, and a brick fireplace.

All rooms also have DirecTV with flat-screens and high-speed internet access. The back deck as well as the six-person hot tub are accessible all year round. The inn has its own restaurant on-site with delicious food made by world-class chefs. The downstairs dining room also has views of the grounds and a fireplace. Guests can also get an in-room massage that combines Swedish/relaxation, energy balancing, and deep tissue techniques. There is also a Village Tavern of Jeffersonville on-site which is newly renovated and perfect for drinks and entertainment like a local band.

The Village Tavern is a family-friendly pub. When you choose to venture off the property, the area has numerous activities, including skiing, shopping, hiking, and kayaking.
