Review:

Mudgee is a lovely town located just northwest of Sydney, Australia, known for its lovely preserved colonial-era architecture. The region is known as one of New South Wales' top wine destinations, home to more than 40 acclaimed wineries, including Moothi Estate Vineyards, di Lusso Winery, Lowe Wines, and Robert Oatley Vineyards. Many wineries offer lovely tasting rooms, vineyard and operations tours, and award-winning restaurants serving up fare crafted with local ingredients. In town, diners can sip local wines at Roth's Wine Bar or the Wineglass Bar and Grill, shop at the Mudgee Fine Foods Farmers Market, or explore architectural landmarks such as the Gothic Revival-style St. Mary's Catholic Church. Nearby, Wollemi National Park is home to the "dinosaur tree," one of the world's oldest and rarest plants.
