Towering high above Bergen, Mount Floyen and the Funicular offers truly stunning views of the city and the surrounding fjords. The top of the mountain is easily accessible thanks to the funicular, which whisks visitors up the side of the mountain in approximately 6 minutes. The base of the funicular can be found in the city center, making it easy to incorporate a trip up the mountain into your visit. There are plenty of amenities at the top, including a restaurant, a souvenir shop, and a children's play area, and the funicular is easily able to accommodate wheelchairs and strollers.
