Le Panier des 4 Saisons is tucked away on a side street just off of Chamonix’s main pedestrian area. The chef offers traditional cuisine with a creative twist, using some of the best in season produce available. As the name suggests, the menu at Le Panier des 4 Saisons takes its inspiration from the four seasons, featuring several flavors of the local region. Specialties of the restaurant include the whole oven-baked Vacherin cheese served with cured meats and potatoes, the roasted venison filet with parmesan and polenta, and the Beaufort creme brulée.
