The beaches in Peru are some of the most beautiful in the world. The country is on the western side of South America and borders the Pacific Ocean for more than 2,400 kilometers, and spans from the tropical dry climate to the subtropical desert climate and the hot and cold currents are water makes the wildlife and plant life on the shores and in the ocean so diverse. The Paradise Beach in Punta Sal is tranquil, offers amazing seafood, luxury spas, and whale watching tours, and The Secret Beach in la Mina, Paracas is hidden within the Paracas Natural Reserve and is an oasis in the middle of the dessert.
