Schwetzingen Palace is a manor compound comprising the palace, a theater, a mosque, and spacious and ornate gardens. Visitors are invited to admire the stunning architecture and decor of the palace, which was once the Baroque summer residence of the Palatinate court. During a tour of the castle’s interior, you will be taken through several public rooms, electoral apartments, and the charming Hochberg apartment. The garden is fitted with refined architectural pieces and numerous sculptures that vividly showcase its history and development. Be sure to explore the fully-restored mosque as well as it is one of the earliest architectural styles of mosques which were built in Germany.
