The National Reef Park of Puerto Morelos is home to the world’s second largest coral reef, the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. This area of the reef is only six feet under the water’s surface and is the closest section to shore in the Riviera Maya, making it one of the most popular diving and snorkeling locations.
