When I needed a convenient base near Salt Lake City with lots to do, I found myself in West Valley City—and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised too. As Utah’s second-largest city, it gave me quick access to Salt Lake, but also plenty to explore right in town. Whether you’re up for hiking, grabbing global eats, or catching a concert, you’ll find West Valley vibrant and full of life. I loved how easy it was to mix culture, entertainment, and outdoor fun without the usual crowds.
