Block Restaurant is a fine-dining restaurant off University Avenue on the east side in north Provo that serves refined American cuisine made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The full-service restaurant features an open kitchen where inventive, farm-to-table dishes are prepared using sustainable artisanal produce from local farmers and purveyors. Signature dishes include Pan-Seared Pork Belly, Bone-In Braised Short Rib, Honey Garlic Chicken Breast, and Five Spice Duck Breast. Offering a Salt Lake City-esque food experience, the restaurant is decorated with contemporary décor, exposed brick walls, and pots of herbs and succulents. The cuisine is accompanied by a wide range of libations, including fine wines from around the world, craft beers and microbrews by the bottle or on tap, top-shelf spirits, and classic cocktails. Block Restaurant is open for dinner daily, and weekend brunch.
