Owned by husband-and-wife duo David and Clare Hulama, Bluebonnet Beer Company offers some of the best beers in Round Rock. Merging David’s lengthy experience and formal education in brewing together with Clare’s background in sales and marketing, the brewery’s expertly crafted, award-winning beers have wowed visitors and locals alike since its opening in 2013. While their beers are available in various establishments around the city, anyone and everyone are welcome to enjoy a drink in their taproom open Thursdays through Saturdays. Sample their year-round staples including a cream ale and their best-selling American amber ale, along with seasonal stouts, hard seltzers, and more.
