Review:

Tasked with the mission of obtaining, protecting and showcasing a wide range of objects which tell the story of the history and culture of Williamson County, The Williamson Museum is a must-visit attraction for all history enthusiasts. The museum was established in 1997 as a non-profit, endeavoring to educate any interested parties about the early pioneer days in Williamson County. The “Are We There Yet” collection documents transportation in central Texas through more than a hundred years from the 1860’s to the 1970’s. The museum is free to visit and provides several hands-on exhibits for visitors of all ages to enjoy.
