Falcon State Parkis a 572.6-acre state park at the southern end of the International Falcon Reservoir, which spans 98,960 acres in the Starr and Zapata Counties and offers a wealth of recreational activities and outdoor fun. Opened to the public in 1965, the park features gently rolling hills and beautiful landscapes and is home to the Falcon Dam, which is packed with black and white bass, catfish, and stripers and promises excellent fishing.
