Located adjacent to the Tullahoma Regional Airport, the Beechcraft Heritage Museum is quite unique in that it is dedicated to preserving and showcasing only the Beechcraft and Travel Air family of airplanes. The museum is housed in a spacious 60,000 square foot building which provides a perfect home for the current collection of 36 heritage aircraft and many other aviation-related displays. One of the oldest aircraft in the collection is the Beechcraft Model 17R which first took to the skies is November 1932. Every year in October the museum hosts the annual Beech Party, attended by aviation enthusiasts from all corners of the globe.
