Located in a beautifully restored Victorian-era home, Husk Restaurant serves an ever-changing menu of locally-sourced Southern dishes from the bounty of South Carolina upcountry.
Helmed by Executive Chef and South Carolina native, Jon Buck, the menu showcases ingredient-driven cuisine prepared using seasonally available heirloom products sourced from local purveyors. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambiance with a historic, early 20th-century storefront and a rustic wall of firewood to fuel the wood-fired oven in the open kitchen. A large chalkboard lists the artisanal products currently provisioning the kitchen and the signature dishes of the day such as Sassafras Glazed Pork Ribs and Rabbit-Pimento Loaf.
