Located in the Encore tower in Downtown Nashville, Etch Restaurant is the latest culinary venture from Chef Deb Paquette and offers an excellent exceptional dining experience. Voted Nashville’s best chef multiple times, Etch’s creative menu promises to take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey with every bite.
The contemporary eatery boasts elegant and stylish décor with an open kitchen so you can see the master at work, however if you prefer a more private dining experience, there are two private rooms to choose from for those special occasions or business functions. Dishes on the sublime menu, include Tempura Oyster Mushrooms, Octopus and Shrimp Bruschetta, and favorites such as cobia, pork belly, and prime-cut steak, accompanied by an extensive wine and cocktail list.
