Diners can order a bottle from the restaurant’s wine shop or enjoy a recommended wine pairing with each dish, which includes signature plates like the Black Angus Filet Mignon with Caramelized Shallots; Massachusetts Scallops with Apple-Radish Slaw; and Faroe Island Salmon with Herbed Risotto. Private dining is offered, as well as wine tastings with small bar bites for those guests that want to savor the restaurant’s collection of fine wines. The Northampton Wine Café is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday.
