They do not use any artificial colors or sweeteners, MSG, or partially hydrogenated oil. It’s just honest-to-goodness fresh made food. Rubio’s menu has much more than tacos, but the tacos are spectacular, especially if made with grilled fish. Try a taco with Atlantic salmon, blackened or grilled, on an authentic tortilla with garlic marinade, corn roasted on the fire, chipotle sauce, onion, and cilantro mix and cabbage.
