Review:
Sage is an elegant restaurant on Maclay Boulevard that serves a menu of freshly prepared, made-from-scratch cuisine in a casual environment. The charming dining space boasts an intimate atmosphere with vibrant local artworks adorning the walls, contemporary décor and furnishings, and soft lighting. The menu features sublime dishes prepared by co-owner and chef Terry White, who is fondly known as ‘the King of American Seafood’ and served with passion and flair. Signature dishes include Soupe á L’Oignon, Tempura Fried Gulf Coast Oysters, Gulf Blue Crab Cakes, Filet of Beef Tartare, Oven Baked Escargot, and Crispy Fried Pork Belly. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining options and an extensive list of drinks ranging from craft beers and microbrews, global wines, and handcrafted cocktails.
