Set in the historic building that once housed the Bend firehouse in downtown Bend, Brickhouse Steak & Seafood serves USDA naturally raised and hormone-free prime steaks, and naturally farmed chicken, pork, and lamb dishes. The charming restaurant has a cozy ambiance with soft lighting and is perfect for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. In addition to prime steaks of the highest quality beef, which are wet-aged an additional 35 to 65 days and hand-cut to exacting standards, the menu also features entrées of homemade pasta, fresh seafood, salads, sides, and decadent desserts. A hand-curated wine list features a selection of global wines, including value wines and rare finds, signature cocktails, and craft beers.
