Besides its stunning landscape, this large national park is home to a variety of different animals, such as moose, sea otters, and humpback whales. Kenai Fjords National Park has three public-use cabins available for guests to stay at. Two of them are open during the summer and provide views of the coastline. The other cabin can be rented during the winter and accessed by bicycling, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing. The cabins have heat, beds, and tables.
