Colton Point State Park is a 368-acre park in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. The park is located on the west side of the Pine Creek Gorge. The park stretches from the creek in the bottom of the gorge to the rim and across part of the plateau to the west. Colton Point State Park has spectacular views of the Pine Creek Gorge, and is a popular destination for picnicking, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating and camping. The park is surrounded by Tioga State Forest and Leonard Harrison State Park on the east rim of the gorge. Since 1996, the 62-mile Pine Creek Rail Trail has followed the creek through the gorge. The Pine Creek Gorge was clearcut in the 19th and early 20th centuries, and it is now covered by second-growth forest. The park was opened in 1936 and quickly became a popular tourist destination,.
