Review:
Deschutes Brewery is a mainstay of the Northwest-style craft brew scene, and they bring their distinct brews and pub food to Portland's urban ambiance. The brewery boasts more than 25 permanent Deschutes brews as well as a variety of seasonal and experimental beers brewed and served only at the Portland location.
Guests can pair craft beers with pub food created by Executive Chef Jill Ramseier and her team, made with only locally sourced ingredients. The pub menu includes gourmet burgers like the Elk Burger with shallot-thyme aioli and the Yellow Belly Burger with root beer-braised pork belly on a beef patty with jalapeno pesto, goat cheese, and candied yellow tomatoes.
