Bells Up Winery represents a whole new career path for owners Dave Specter and Sara Pearson, who left the corporate world in 2012 to realize their dream of becoming wine-makers.

The couple had long been enchanted with the Willamette Valley and knew for sure that this was where they wanted to establish their winery.

The estate produced their first Pinot Noir harvest in 2017, which means that they are still very much the new kids on the block – always learning and experimenting.

As a fledgling boutique winery, Bells Up invites visitors to come and taste their wines on site and join their (free) Fanfare Club, which gives members special access to limited-edition wines and discounts on annual purchases.
