Specializing in sushi and hibachi selections, Nagoya Steakhouse and Sushi provides the Salem community with premier Japanese food and expert service. The interior has a feature stone wall, tile floors, cushioned booths, subtle lighting, and a large sushi bar. Hibachi mains performed by chefs lend an air of exuberance to the contemporary, minimalist space. Guests can expect an array of hibachi and hibachi combo entrées on the menu waiting to be prepared tableside. The extensive sushi menu includes traditional, hand, spicy, tempura, veggie, and Chef’s Special rolls. Love Boat for Two – nine sashimi, one salmon roll spicy, seven nigiri sushi, and one Bozeman roll is a good choice for date night.
