Established in 2007, Broder Cafe is a small, Scandinavian eatery and bakery specializing in breakfast and Bloody Marys. The simple Scandi eatery is the older sibling of Border Nord and serves a range of unique European-inspired dishes such as lefse (Norwegian potato crepes, with various filling options), pytt I Panna(hash), and köttbullar (Swedish meatballs), as well as regular favorites like seasonal fruit fritters, baked egg scramble, Danish pancakes, and Applewood bacon. Broder Café is open for breakfast and lunch, Monday through Sunday.
