Besaws is a 1903-era restaurant that has been serving American comfort food to the Northwest Portland community for the past 110 years. Helmed by former Wildwood chef Dustin Clark who took over the kitchen in 2016, the restaurant is a popular breakfast spot with a menu of interesting dishes such as cider-braised oatmeal, zucchini bread French toast, heritage sourdough short stack buttermilk pancakes with seasonal fruit. Boasting a high-ceilinged, posh dining space, the restaurant serves breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
