Carvers Steaks & Chops is a locally-owned and operated restaurant that serves prime steaks and fresh seafood in an elegant and refined atmosphere. The traditional steakhouse has plush décor, dark leather, and wood accents and low lighting, which creates an intimate and romantic ambiance and stylish martini lounge where guests can sip cocktails and other libations before or after dinner against a backdrop of soft live music.
The menu is focused around hand-cut Midwestern, dry-aged steaks that are seared to perfection at 1800 degrees and served with several sides. In addition to a variety of steaks, the menu also offers expertly prepared seafood, fresh salads and vegetarian options, freshly baked bread, and specialty desserts. Carvers Steaks & Chops is open for dinner, seven nights a week.
