Review:
Paladin Brewing is an independently-owned Youngstown brewery named for a heroic class of historical knights. The brewery was opened to the public in 2015 and offers a Medieval-themed tasting tavern showcasing 16 of the brewery’s core and seasonal craft beers. Selections include its Sir Kenneth American Blonde Ale, Taverns Best IPA, Hunter’s Pale Ale, Champions Breakfast Stout, and Paladin the Brown Ale. Specialty brews are also offered periodically, with some supporting local and national charities. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own food to the taproom or order from a variety of local restaurants. Tours are available upon request most operating days, and a variety of public special events are hosted at the tavern, including live music performances and weekly Ladies’ Nights.
