Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade is located within Cleveland’s historic restored Arcade building, which was constructed in 1890 and is considered one of the United States’ first indoor shopping malls. The arcade was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975 and was redeveloped in 2001 by international hotelier Hyatt as a luxury resort offering guest rooms and suites with city, lake, and arcade atrium views. Double and king bed rooms are available, along with VIP suites that feature separate living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The hotel’s lobby-level 1890 Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch fare, while its 1890 Lounge offers craft brews and a bar menu. A variety of other shops and restaurants are located throughout the arcade for guests to explore, including a local ice cream parlor Cathy’s Creamery, and the gourmet Chocolate Bar.
