East Aurora’s famous Roycroft Campus was established in 1897 by visionary Arts and Crafts Movement founder, Elbert Hubbard. Such was the success of the Roycroft Campus that it became necessary to find suitable accommodation for visitors and artisans, and in 1905 the Roycroft Inn opened its doors.

After many decades, this historic old gem underwent meticulous renovation and reopened to the public in 1995. Today visitors to East Aurora can step inside the beautiful salon of the Roycroft Inn and admire the unique interiors and furnishings executed by the Roycroft craftsmen. The Inn offers a variety of nostalgic suites which combine fine old craftsmanship with modern features like whirlpool tubs.
