Owned and operated by Chef Noah Schwartz, an alumni of the New England Culinary Institute and a native of Long Island, the restaurant has been the recipient of many accolades over the years, including “Top 20 Long Island seafood restaurants” and “Fit for Foodies.” Noah’s also offers an excellent wine list, consisting of numerous award-winning wines from the Long Island wine country, selected by Sunita, Noah Schwartz’s wife, who is a respected wine expert, having studied under some of Sonoma’s best winemakers.
