Kontokosta Winery is situated on the bluffs of Greenport and overlooks the Long Island Sound, providing a great setting for visitors to try an array of handcrafted, award-winning wines. Owned and operated by the Kontokosta family, the over 60-acre waterfront farm is a wind-powered, sustainable operation that produces inviting, honest wines. While reservations are typically not required to visit Kontokosta Winery for wine tastings, they are encouraged, and the winery is generally open to the public seven days a week. Guests should note that outside food and pets are not permitted, as well as no vans, buses, or limos.
