When Blenheim Hill Farm in Jefferson was founded in the 1740s, it was established as a working farm with crops, animals, and generations of families growing up under the rustic farmhouse roof. The beauty of that old world way of life surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Catskills region is certainly still evident today in this gorgeous venue, which features idyllic stone walls, large groves of maple trees that turn stunning shades of orange and red during the autumn season, and a large, reflective lake fed by a natural spring. The farm is owned by a New York City restaurant group, so guests can count on spectacular food for their evening, and the gorgeous barn venue lends a decided air of rustic elegance for a fun event.
