The Overlook Barn offers stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountain landscape from its scenic location atop beautiful Beech Mountain in the town of Banner Elk. The barn was fully renovated in 2015, retaining its original rustic charm but adding modern comforts and amenities for private special event rentals, including wedding ceremonies and receptions. More than 6,500 square feet of event space can accommodate up to 250 guests for seated receptions, with additional space available with tent rentals on the barn's grounds. The neighboring Cliffside Barn was added to the property in 2016, showcasing original wood floors, a beautiful chandelier centerpiece, and a glass-paneled garage door that can be opened for outdoor cocktail reception events.
