Review:

Jones House Cultural and Community Center is an historic home constructed in 1908 by Dr. John Walter Jones, one of the Boone area's first physicians. The home was sold to the City of Boone in 1983 and is now preserved as a cultural and community center, honoring the wishes of former home owner Mazie Jones Levenson. Today, the home retains its historic condition, showcasing original furniture and belongings of the Jones family, including an antique 1907 sewing machine. Up to 50 guests can be accommodated within the home's special event spaces, making it an ideal spot for intimate receptions. Larger wedding groups can be accommodated with use of the home's indoor spaces and outdoor property lawn, which makes a great site for wedding ceremonies and photography.
